You gave me an idea....I think You CAN equate the wheel concept of draw lotteries to scratch-off lotteries algorithmically...not talking about lottery wheel here talking about a round wheel even though previously i was talking about the lottery wheel...

There's a distinct difference between scratch-offs and draw lotteries. With a draw lottery, numbers are chosen by the customer and the draw is random, public auditing and televising the draw assures the public that the draw is random. One way to make a scratchoff list be like a combination lotto lists...Is to list how many scratchoff there are, then write it as a permutation game...For instance if there are 10,000 scratchoff list them as: Pick4/0-9 OR VIEWED ANOTHER WAY Pick1/0-9 + Pick1/0-9 + Pick1/0-9 + Pick1/0-9 [your regular pick4] or if you have a calculator 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 [all of it equal 10,000 combinations]...just like your regular pick4...And then you convert it to combination games..And there you have it...You do... it doesnt have to be a camera glasses, someone could sneak up a camera where you work place it in a centrical location where they can see you and again like it never even happened...Or one of your co-workers could be paid to wear glasses camera and his job is to keep an eye on you every now and then, mentally his job is to keep a track of you but only see you with his camera glasses every now and then...And the whole process starts...Again it could go on for a lifetime....like it never even happ... The problem is, there is no way to systemize scratch-offs. Usually in the Store you can't even see the next ticket coming off the roll so even on a Crossword or Bingo game you'd have to say give me the 3rd ticket up or something and some of these Agents don't even know what Pairs are! You might be forced to buy 3 or so to get to the one you want and of course you won't see any past that until you buy those!

I have the perfect systems for winning a scratchoffs.

Get a job as a retailer and either

1) follow the pattern of winning tickets purchased in your store and buy them all yourself...

2) offer to buy the winning tickets of illegal aliens, tax, or child support evaders.

3) steal the ticket of the true owner of the ticket and tell them it was a loser and cash it yourself.

What I have seen discussed and seems worth while is to keep track of the prize levels remaining. States will sell scratchoffs for a certain time period even though the top prize levels have been claimed. Why buy a scratchoff when the top prize levels are gone. Most state lotteries will now have notices on their ticket or posted in lottery retail stores that scratchoffs may continue to be sold when the top level prizes are gone. I have also seen the notice on state lottery sites.

The only way to win at scratch offs is to buy the winning ticket. If you think there is another way why don't you set up a web site and dedicate it to the worlds scratch off lotteries.

Each scratch off game has 10's of millions of tickets printed. Good luck with coming up with a way to win.

Most state lottery websites list their scratch-offs, the number of tickets in value amounts, and the overall chances of winning something.

The only successful system I tried was putting my shoes on the wrong foot and walking backward into the store.
