Oh. I was going by which one was posted first. Iowa always gets posted first here on LP, so I thought that was where the draw was. Sorry about that.

Iowa uses IL lottery numbers and the numbers are drawn in IL. Check Iowa website under Game Rules.

Illinois and Iowa always have the same draw on pick 3 and pick 4

I thought i'd discovered the holy grail a while back when I first saw it too.

Any way I don't know where they draw Ill./ Iowa but it's always the same.

Did you know it came in three states? Ill. Lowa, and Ohio Now that is Ironic, I thought I was seeing things, but I wasn't What's you take on that
