The chart is based on GEORGIA MIDDAY. So, if you want to play NC Midday you would play Georgia Midday back 3 days.

My predictions are not based on this info. It would be too hard to do for me.

Can you explain it some more?

Do I look at GA mid or evening for 3 + 1 day ago for Tues past and pick a digit to go with the numbers below?
