			<description><![CDATA[<p>If you&#x27;re playing lotteries and not winning, blaming your losses on the fact that you don&#x27;t have the pretest or post test drawings results is as good of a reason as any. Personally I prefer to say odds are you going lose unless you get lucky. A good system can improve your chances of getting lucky.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>No you don&#x27;t. If you were to take only the fourth drawing and go from there, the information will be the same. You could, if you should so desire, take only the third public draw and do the same thing.<br /><br />What we should be looking for is a strategy that reduces the odds. The ideal is to reduce the odds to 1:1 instead of 1:575757.
