will their is some good news for next year

it seems to take around 1 month and 1 week or about 13ish drawings to go form 12m to the 200m range

so the next time it gets to 200m, if its not won this upcoming month

, WILL be right when a ton of PB states add MM, hopeful their no delays for it,

if ndeed in early february all major pb states offer mm

Yeah it would be crazy if it was someone from NYC again. we recently had Jimmy Groves from the Bronx, Aubrey Boyce from Queens, maybe someone from Manhattan now. Man I need to buy some tickets from there.

Considering historical increases my first thought was that 200 is a bit optimistic, but I wouldn't be surprised if it went as high as 220 or 225. Recent increases are a bit bigger than in the past, partly because the advertised annuity is running almost 60% over the cash value. Factor in the economy driving an increase in sales and a bit of a rush since the drawing is on Christmas, and advertising it at 200 or more could mean a very sizable jump.

nice point, that would be a story to cover if you had a winner then, santa now gives jackpots LOL

i want both to be won this month,nearer xmas the best

then i want jan to be a buildup month,and starting feb, we have 2 large jackpots for when states sell both, what a hoot that would be

If the Mega Millions jackpot continues to roll straight through Christmas, we should have a jackpot of at least $200 million -- with the drawing right on Christmas Day!

Would make for some exciting lottery ticket gifts....
