There are 38 states that have an Evening Pick 3 drawing.

Just Curious, Those of you who play All States online, Do you actually play All States , or do you just play a group of states, like Mid- Atlantic states, or Southern States ??? Obviously, it would save money to narrow the selection of ALL STATES down.

How do you Determine what is the best group of states to play ???
