I checked the website and it says Midday 427 / Evening 118.

Maybe the website is wrong? It happens from time to time, especially on snip .com. They often put in the same Pick-3 / Pick-4 combinations for day and night draws for no clear reason.

AR's surrounding states according to LP's records:

TN's = 593

OK's = 867

TX's = 329

LA's = 667

MO's = 699

MS doesn't have lottery.

when fla first started their md drawing they came out with 100

i would suggest 100-110-111-114-144

i see that they play powerball in arkansas use pairs from the powerball and add your favorite digit
