i dont know my friend swears by it he plays in several different states ga la missouri ect..... he hits frequently out of the book he only does like 2 or 3 numbers at a time

I have never heard of the dream book Kansas City Kitty. Is it more than just a dream book ??? Is it any good ?? If so, for what region of the country (I mean number predictions, other than dreams) ???
