Looks close to somethings I watch. Although Ive just started tracking the numbers in much the same way

Here is what I see.

The 3 was out for awhile. Normally I would tend to eliminate this number for this draw and play/use it for the next 2

although numbers do come back 3 or 4 times in a row I tend to eliminate them as well so I would not use the 0

the pair 69 has come together in 4 of the last 10 draws I would not use that pair.

in the last 3 draws only the number 2 and 8 out so
