I put other , because if I do start talking to myself and having an actual conversation,

then I better seek help? Thinking to myself would be a better option for me.

Now that happens quite often.

I have to be careful what I say to myself. If I get in an argument the conversation ends pretty fast.

If the dust mites catch me at it, I never hear the end of it. That's when I get the vacuum cleaner out and show them who the boss is. A billion angry dust mites with one dog-chew between them is a sight to behold.

Then I loosen up with a few cools or neats and work on my system for the next draw.
