Wouldn't the odds of that be (28/56)*(27/55)*(26/54)*(25/53)*(24/52)*(23/46)?

That would give you 1 in 77.7333 odds

Some RNG algorithms tend to get locked into preferring all odds or all evens every now and then and have to be rigourously tested to make sure that won't happen...often...

All Even and All Odd occurs more often than one would think:

Playing a 2+3 pr 3+2 combination increases your chances of matching the pattern of the winning combination, but that doesn't even win bragging rights. To actualy win you need to match the specific numbers, not just one of the characteristics of those numbers.

There are 379,050 combinations with 2 or 3 even numbers in 5/39 pick-5 games and one would have to play 3791 combos just to have 1%. Filters like these are more effective for playing 6 to 16 full number wheels using either more even or... [ More ]

Some people throw away All Odd/Even combos. I haven't found an advantage to doing that, so I stopped using it as a filter.

You've missed some of the results. MM started in September '96 and the first all odd result was 1,23,25,39,43 + 19 on May 30, 1997. The next drawing was all even (2,8 20,22,32 +8). All told I count 16 that you missed. I dodn't pay attention to which were odd or even, but the total of all odd and all even results is 34. Since the game started there have been about 1310 drawings, and the proportion of all odd or even results has been roughly the same, at about 1 in 38. Dividing 1310 drawings by 38... [ More ]

The odds of all 6 Mega Millions numbers being odd are 77.7 to 1. If someone thinks that's good odds, they better get started early filling out their play slips because there are 2,260, 440 all odd combinations.

software for the lottery said not to play all

even or all odd numbers??????Play 2 even 3 odd

or 3 odd 2 even etc....Anyway all odd in the MEGA

last Tuesday.....So the software is just a tool
