			<description><![CDATA[<p>Christmas is now the only holiday significant enough to cancel drawings in the United States (with the exception of Louisiana, the only state to conduct regular Sunday drawings and not draw on Easter, and Puerto Rico, which does not draw on some other days of the year). This is the list of who did, and did not, conduct drawings on Christmas this year.
