Depends on the games you are playing. Box hits for pick3 and pick4 repeat more often then combinations for pick5 and pick6 games. Any way, it's just a theory and there are lots of those around. Good luck.

instead of collecting archives of lotteries, generate lotto numbers randomly. I think you have same chance.

If I collect arhives of lotteries from all states and create a program that will screen out already played numbers, it will increase the chance of winning a lottery
