What game are you playing? If I am not mistaken skip is the number of drawings a number did not hit. Hit is when the number does hit.

EX: 15 skipped 7 drawings before it hit. 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-X. The X represents the hit. It is more or less counting how many drawings a number sits out before it hits.
