If you are talking about Pick 3 and/or Pick 4:

You have three choices:

1) Move out of the United States since playing online here is against the law.

2) Wait for the law to change (possibly next year).

3) Travel to the state you wish to play and buy your ticket there.

if you are playing p3,p4 lotterys run your numbers in ga,then find states with simular sum,high/low,even/odd and abc/abcd ranges,why georgia?because those numbers travel best...

I assume by becoming a pro from the hobby player level , you mean someone who's day job has become playing the lotteries. I'm retired and spend a lot of time trying to come up with a strategy to win one of the local lottery but so far I've only won back about 15% of the money I spend playing.
