The question seems to be about repeating *some* of the numbers from the previous drawing. MM will never be able to match the 3 numbers that are only used in PB, but that doesn't have a major effect. Even when the PB result has one of those numbers it will be fairly unusual to have either (or both) of the others. All 5 will be in play about 75% of the time, and 4 will be in play about 95% of the time.

You could be right because it only happened once the other way round during the same period.

It will be harder for the game with the larger matrix to match the smaller one because some of its numbers will be out of range. Since the format is the same still, the odds depend on what the smaller matrix is...

For the white balls only, see odds on back of Powerball betslip.

That will be the odds of matching a previous drawing for either other game.

For the Bonus Ball only: the odds of matching is 1 in 46.

The closest it ever came to happening in the last 754 drawings was matching 3
