Additionally, I would like to see the draws conducted on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The states could move their own jackpot games to Tuesday and Thursday to see if they could maintain viability. I think they would.

Maybe one designed for 10 rolls and another designed for 20 rolls. Possibly it could have in state only jackpots too. Thus, you could win 1,2, or all 3 jackpots depending on what level you hit at.
