You know, I will say I do like saying twentyten, it rolls of the tongue better smoother, nicer. Which makes me feel like that's the way this year is going to be for us; smoother, better, nicer. So yes, knock of with the Binary thing

I think it's time to end two thousand one, two thousand two, and such. If we don't stop using the long form now we might be stuck with it for a whole century. I think one decade with that form is enough.

Twenty-oh-nine is awkward, so we tolerated the long form, but now, without the oh in the middle, we should use the short form.

I will say twenty-ten probably the majority of the time. I said Nineteen Ninety-Nine, not Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-Nine. lol

I wondered when we got to the year 2000's, if people would say like Twenty Oh Nine instead of Two Thousand and Nine, but they didn't. My grandma had been born in 1909, and when people used to ask her what year she was born, she would say Nineteen Nine .

I'll go with twenty ten. Previous centuries have used nineteen ten, eighteen ten, etc. Also it is easier to say.
