If you want to post a lottery-related video -- as long as there is no advertising in any form being done -- then you can do so. Use the Insert Media button near the middle of the third row of toolbar buttons below the text editor to post a YouTube video directly into the forums. The button looks like this

Well, there is one video in particular. The lottery is oficialy presenting the winners, and there is one guy who won the prize with other guy, but he seems that is not accepting the prize, for any reazon he does not want the prize.

As you know my english is not my first language, so I would like to ask yo to translate what that guy is saying in the video.
