In terms of raw numbers, yes, Indiana is the #1-winning PB state, with 16 jackpot wins since 1997. Missouri is #2 with 14 wins, and Pennsylvania and Minnesota are tied for #3 with 13 apiece.

Wisconsin, by the way, is #6 with 9 wins.

I don't believe it matters what state your in, all that matters is what numbers you have. There were 1,000's if not millions, of people in Wisconsin, Michigan, Kentucky and other states who played and didn't win anything. Very few people who play Mega Millions or Powerball win. Changing states will probably not make you any luckier. All you can do is just keep playing and hoping your numbers come out.

Went down to Illinois because Both lotto and little lotto were getting bigger...

They both got won.... Not by me... :-(
