If you take the test drawings into account each one was drawn in the month of december.

28 on 12/19/09

32 on 12/19/09 and 12/23/09

35 on 12/26/09

As to if you should play them or not, do whatever your gut is telling you to do. You may get lucky.

Sorry, I reread your post and my software shows the following for the powerball only.

11/05/08 - 04 08 18 33 36 32

06/18/08 - 09 12 31 39 52 32

05/14/08 - 19 21 29 32 46 32

02/23/08 - 08 13 23 29 47 32

02/09/08 - 04 23 24 30 43 28

07/11/07 - 08 20 29 42 43 35

These cold numbers will probably do what other cold numbers have done in the past.

My home made GWBasic software shows the following for the last twelve drawings of PowerBall.

12/26/09 - 32 36 37 41 53 +30

12/23/09 - 08 32 49 51 52 +23

12/16/09 - 13 23 25 35 43 +15

12/12/09 - 12 13 14 35 41 +29

11/28/09 - 26 27 28 46 50 +21

You might get different results if you update your file.

As a rule of thumb, if a powerball number hits within a 2/3 high or low of a powerball number that is overdue, it is playable.

example if # 25 hits, then # 28 would be playable

# 37 hits, then # 35 would be playable.

This is only a guideline I follow, not a magical formula , because some numbers have a tendency to hit more than others..

According to my Lottery Software for the NC(Multi-State Power Ball) the numbers 28,32 35 have not hit in the last 118 games. The chart below shows how many time each has hit since 5-31-06. Does this mean we should play them as they are over due or leave them out of our pick???
