Enjoy it while it lasts. In the states, most of the p5 games have been jacked up to 36~39 numbers; some even higher.

That's more likely to happen when the pool of numbers only cover such a short range of numbers. West Virgina has Cash25 which is a 6/25 game and look what has happened over the years.

The Lowest Combination is 01 02 03 04 05 and the Highest Combination is 23 24 25 26 27!

As long as the Combination Drawn is within this range: It's Normal
