Well, I do that every time I check my numbers and it hasn't seemed to help with the smoking a bit so far, lol.

Guess it'll be cold turkey if this doesn't work cuz I can't smoke them new fire safe cigarettes that keep going out and make me cough like crazy. That is some nasty stuff, especially when you smoke through the fire retardant chemical parts. Gack!

Oh, I can sympathize with that, believe me. :-(

My daughter bought one of those electronic ones last year, and I tried it. It actually wasn't too bad, but I don't know that it would satisfy the urge, altogether. It didn't for her, she still smoked, too, but not as much.

Well, I suppose you could do something like this Would that help

I can use the kind words right now. I got a patch on and I'm smoking an electronic cigarette and I'm still craving a real one with my morning coffee.
