Do a printscreen, then, paste it into word, or word pad, and save it.

Or, you can do a print screen and then, paste it

If you are using Windows Vista you can use the Snipping Tool. I personally use SnagIt for image captures.

There is probably free screen capture out there. I think there is a free program called Greenshot. Haven't used it.
