Try fixing it using a run down / rundown workout method,

and take one or two over the counter 'lotto' aspirins,

Marcie, Todd's book is an almanac or guide book that lists lottery results from across the nation.

It is NOT a dream book, unless you personally make it one.

For example, I suppose that you could close your eyes, open the book to any page, put your finger on a number and then play that number ... like an oracle book.

The ISBN number is a unique indentification number for publications. Google ISBN for details and examples. Hope that this clears up any confusion for you.
