To all - thank you again for your compassion - I got all that good energy and got through the day and even completed most of my work as well.

My friend - How could I not know? It came in an unusual way - I was offered food and found myself really hungry. Nausea was with me all morning, and food and migraine are not typically compatible. When I was posting originally, I was thinking, Oh God, where's Sooz? Literally. J

Thanks so much everyone - I'm okay, really not something I would normally do, post under the influence of a boomer - but I truly was not thinking straight (at least I did not go get in the truck). An unusually bad migraine day but big storm apparently coming which can set me off, C moon now and full coming with the storm. My head is clearer now but it's not done with me yet. Unfortunately, I'll have to play tonite because I can't drive now. Maybe a winner will come to someone from these good num... [ More ]

Head 12, anything bad 21...121-1221?

Hot tea, lots of water and a good sleep works for me with bad headaches (As long as Blood pressure is normal, since increase blood pressure can be a hidden source of head pain.
