			<description><![CDATA[<p>is rare to see such events but you still have the same odds as everyone else in the USA it can go anybody s way and since the author is not paying attention to the quick picks, a quick pick is a random choice to come to the conclusion the author is making she must have to know the terminals machine and computers game or encryption of the tickets and see how they function but still you have the same odds as everyone else though i think that certain regions (not locations) have odds just a little</p>]]></description>
