Can you claim anonymously in Texas?

I was looking at the Jackpot history for MM and it is very interesting. For the past 8 years there has been JP winners no more than 2 months apart and multiple winners within a month on multiple occacasions.

Winning doesn't seem that far fetched after looking at the JP history even though the odds are 1 in 175,711,536.

Ticket was bought in Katy, Texas. About time we had a winner in Texas.

Thanks Rjoh. Looking at the patterns I am hoping that 01, 03, 04, 17-27 and 40-46 should be the next mega ball number. There hasn't been number in that area for a while.
