For the past two months Delaware's numbers been doing some slick BS. for instance this month

085, 508, 805 093, 390 298, 289 590, 059 611, 116 063, 036 511, 511 413, 341

um sure I probably missed some but you get the picture. same goes for last month and the month before. I know the computer is supposed to be random but come on um sure they give it an extra nudge for this to happen every month. The director here said the reason for computer draws is security.
