well i would first say do a work out and compare. i don't always look for new numbers just what i'm playing from my workouts people look just to get a number but i say stick with your own ideas first i've seen times i picked up and number from someone else and 9 out of 10 times miss my own.. your own workouts and keeping track of what has been and what is due is something you need to kepin mind
