Do NOT run the INSTALL program that is available on the floppy disk. It is not compatable with WINDOZE.

Here's what you have to do:

Step 1: Open Notepad

Step 2: Type in the lines below just as you see them

@ECHO OFF

CD\

CD GAIL

GAIL

Step 3: Save this Notepad file to your root directory (C:\ ), name it GAIL.bat

Step 4: Open My Computer (XP System) or Windows Explorer (Older WIN System) and put the Gail Howard disk in the A:\ drive.

Step 5: Select your C:\ Drive... [ More ]

i tried what you said and still had no luck with the floppy disk. is their another way i can installed this software? my version is 3.54. If you know or know any body that does please email me.

what I did was make a folder and called it gail

copyed gails disk in to that folder

and then open that folderto find gail i think there were 2 just click on the on that starts her program

then you can add short cut to desk top

mine done the same as yours so this was how I fixed it since its a dos program it doesn't need to be installed on c

I need help on how to install the floppy disk version of Advantage Plus program disk. Every time I tried to install the floppy disk it read up to 2 then stop for installing, how do I fix this problem so I can used this system. Please email me steps on how to fix this problem
