			<description><![CDATA[<p>I enjoy trying to figure out a ways to win the lottery, and really in my mind I know that s there just no way to do it. Here is some information I ve gather that may help other, on the NC Cash Five lottery. I took the winning number from games 5/5/09 to 1/2/10 and summed the total of the five digits and came with totals from 28 to 165.
