			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have been studying the pick 3 for the past 2 years, and recently i have developed a way to forecast weekly pairs for any pick 3 state.Here are 7 states:<br /><br />Ca.- 27, 67, 78<br /><br />Conn. - 16 ,56 ,67<br /><br />De. - 09, 49 ,89<br /><br />Fl. - 01, 12, 16<br /><br />Ky. - 38, 78, 89<br /><br />Ny. - 27, 67, 78<br /><br />Penn. - 05, 45, 56<br /><br />one or all of the three pairs will hit within a 7 day period ( from feb.22 -- feb. 28 ).From these pairs the field of numbers are narrowed down to only a few based on the pick 3 states pr... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/209361">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
