Hi wolfyk9 - The 215 is not a number, rather, the vtrac string associated with the 8 numbers. Quick tutorial:

Vtrac 1 = 0 or 5

Vtrac 2 = 1 or 6

Vtrac 3 = 2 or 7

Vtrac 4 = 3 or 8

Vtrac 5 = 4 or 9

So v215, or vtrac 215 contains the 8 numbers in the string above. If you follow the formulas above, you see how the 8 numbers match the vtrac v215. For your info, the NUMBER 215 has a vtrac of v321.. Make sense

Why I didn't just play the whole cotton pickin' line is beyond me but here is what I do play in PA from your list: 145, 460, 190, 465

I will also track the str8 vtrac associated with this number of the month , so I'll be posting them as they fall as well.

Vtrac number of the month: v215

v215: 609 604 659 654 109 104 159 154

Note that the number of the month may fall several times box as well, and may travel from the midday to evening side. Last month the midday number of the month 162 fell str8 midday and evening. Watch this number heat up in March!!
