If you have won a jackpot or very large amount, how has it changed your life?

When I read about successful people, I think is it good they have financial security, but I would not want the fame. An example is Susan Boyle, the woman who won a talent show in the UK, I am happy she was discovered and she can sing, but the low-life sections of the media are very cruel to her.
