			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have seen many good size winners in the first few books of new scratch off tickets. From the way i see it, they put decent winners in there, so the player keeps on playing. Largest from the first book of a ticket was $10k, on number 21 ( out of 50 ).</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am starting to think when a new scratcher is introduced, the most people will get is a break-even ticket or perhaps a couple of dollars above that.
