My sister (Summer's mother) just called and said that she's awake, hungry and wants Mexican food.

They're going to do the surgery on her left arm tomorrow or Sun, but she's expected to fully recover.

Summer underwent another round of surgery yesterday morning and she's doing well. Still has to have surgery on the arm and she's heavily sedated but stable.

So far she has lost 1 kidney and still has to undergo surgery to remove the bullet from her arm. I believe that my father who passed in '04 is a special guardian angel for my family and he helped to protect her. She was the last one that he walked down the aisle when she married before he took ill.

Earlier today my niece was shot 3 times by her husband. He was shot and killed by the police. She's in critical condition but stable. I consider all of my nieces and nephews my children so pray for my child's mental and physical recovery.
