I purchase the Power sheets from one of the Lotto Stats columnist Vince. He is excellent with the 3 digit numbers.

A Power sheet is what he calls his Number sheets. He provides an anlaysis of the numbers. His sheet contains several categories i.e. Cold Position Trap, Power Pair positioning, etc. I ALWAYS hit the number playing his sheets. GH has some interesting wheels. I read Lotto News and her column always includes a wheel of some sort. Whenever I seldomly use her wheels it's either nothing or a bunch of smaller tiered prizes in return but no jackpot. I would agree if that was true but the word money was never mentioned in my post, that is your assumption. Big wins being hard to come by isn't my assumption, that's according to the odds printed on the back of play slips. A prediction that wins big being hard to come by is not my assumption either, I check the predictions board results looking for them.

What was the point of her sending you copies of her winning tickets if she had no plans of sharing her program with you?

When LP members post copies of their winning tickets they get bragging rights, something that hard to come by even though thousands of members play hundreds of lotteries every day. Even the members posting 8000 plus predictions every day seldom have a winning prediction worth bragging about.

Well I have yet to see anyone brag about how much money they lost trying to get their winners.

Considering the nature of the game...we play.....we lose....we keep playing 'cause if we don't play NO way we can win. I guess losing is part of the game and we know that going in.

This reminds me (don't ask why) of those as seen on tv gadgets that are supposed to make your life better ,easier, etc. and they make it look so easy on tv. Then you get it home, it doesn't do what it's supposed to or... [ More ]

TRUE!! But there are players that do spend and win quite often I've met a few personally now they don't spend thousands of $$$ they spend anywhere from $50-$100 and do very well. I only spend what I can afford so I'm okay some players out there do have sound strategies that enables them too hit more than the odds dictate.There very secretive I met 2 from this forum 6 yrs ago and he was very short didn't wanna say much except that he had a strategy that kept him in the game if I remember correctl... They can show proof with winning tickets but how many losing tickets were there?

Same with these stories of somebody winning big by playing $20 Str8 on a P4 number on a hunch .

How many times did they play $20 Str8 on that hunch and lose?

They never talk about that part for some reason.

I've simulated spending lots of money on the lotteries same as premium members do by posting 8000 combinations a day and I still have to be lucky to win any more than a small prize. Vendors like Steve Players and Gail Howard can afford to spend a couple of thousands to win a $1500-$2000 prize because they're not trying to make money by playing the lottery but by selling their systems and such a prize made good advertisement.

Well it's the truth if you wanna hit consistantly you gotta SHOW the MONEY it pays too play Steve Player doesn't bet $5-$10 he spends anywhere from $50-$100 on his bets and I've met SERIOUS daily game players that win consistantly and spend well over $20 each time.The KEY is too handicap the game by basically laying a net too trap the winning numbers.

Gail Howard needs to be more truthful to the market she's targeting by saying it costs to duplicate what she's done (doing). As does this Steve Player guy!!! The ONLY thing which changes odds in the Pick games is INVESTMENT along with a PROPER SYSTEM!!!! The games are already set in stone and it's up to the player(s) to mathematically adjust the odds to their favor via numbers!!!

I buy her books only month ago. I carefully studying them. She [Gail Howard] does't complete write about every method. She give us just some examples. And main work she leave for our brains. I think what more important chart in her book is Drawing Since Hit Chart. This chart contains so many amount of patterns that her Cascade, Double Bottoms etc is just a small part. I print and read these chart whole day and at night do my final conclusion. I do not believe every her word, but I am add my own... [ More ]

Lottery strategies and wheels by Gail Howard... They are good. But you must to understand them. it's not so simply. One strategies from she book are work, but more often I hit 2-3 numbers into Pick-5 games. Set of numbers very seldom hits all FIVE...

When I hit 5/6 on Superlotto YES it was a QP! When I hit 4/5 on Little Lotto I picked my own numbers but I did use one of Gail's wheels.

LOL! I've read some books lately that were so boring and hard to read I don't know how they even got anyone to publish them. I found this one in the math section at the bookstore. LOL I was checking out math books trying to see if anything could relate to the lottery but the formulas in the books...... WAY over my head! Today I bought a book called The Drunkard's Walk How Randomness Rules Our Lives by Leonard Mlodinow. I hope there's something in it that I can apply to the lottery. I hope it's not one of those scientific boring to read kind of books.

Keep an open mind and the more you read on this website the more ideas you will get as to how to choose the numbers you play.

WOW lucky you that you can actually go to a store and pick one . Here in IL (at least where I am) the stores don't sell ANY lottery books. Everything has to be ordered online : (

Gail Howards Master Lottery Guide is a good book to invest in. Even if you choose not to use all the charts it definitely helps open your eyes to the different patterns to watch for and helps you be creative in choosing your numbers.

A few years ago I was all set to buy the Wheel 5 book but then decided against it. One of the things I didn't like about using the Winning wheels book was that to use the wheel I wanted I either had to add more numbers or sometimes take off numbers and then once I wheeled my numbers I didn't like the lines the wheel produced. I will add that I used these wheels for Little Lotto which is a 5/39 game.

Anyway now I pick the numbers I want to play and then I put together my own line... [ More ]

Yes, in the editions I have at least some of the wheels are exactly the same. I was trying to find my Winning Wheels for PB so I could compare, but no luck. I use the Wheel 5 book for PB, too.

I have her book the Lottery Master Guide, which I think is a must read for any lottery player. It does not cover the pick 3. I do not have her software which I hear is very good but is DOS based. For software I use Lotto Buster which is Windows based and is pretty good I think. Her software is $89 and Lotto Buster is $39 but LB has free updates.

I am a huge Gail Howard fan. I seldom play the lottery unless I have time to sit down, study the winning numbers in past drawings and use one of her wheeling system. I hit a secondary jackpot on Carolina Cash 5 (5/39) a few weeks ago, my largest lottery win to date. That was wheeling 18 numbers in 6 games on a 2 out of 4 wheel.
