The Lotto Black Book by L. Blair is a quality lottery book. I should know, I wrote it and give it away free under the name Lottery Concepts on Lotto-Logix.com on the Lottery Articles page. Don't confuse quality with the bs crap written in the advertisement, no connection and while there is a real lottery winner named Blair it isn't the guy who posted the ad, that guy steals everything including images, names, testimonials, etc.
