Rich people do not need the lotto or lottery. Rich gamblers go to casinos and gamble in high roller games. High rollers also get special treatment in casinos. They gamble in a luxury setting not at the corner grocery.

High roller think nothing of wagering thousands and hundreds of thousands when wagering. A punny dollar is nothing to them.

There's no difference between a poor man's dollar and a rich man's dollar, they're both the same, the difference is in the persons spending them. I doubt if a rich man would spend $10 trying to get a $50 pick3 box hit and a poor man shouldn't either but he has the freedom to spend his money in any way he sees fit even if doing so will keep him a poor man.

by this i mean that rich people should have their own pick4, pick5, pick6, Powerball...thought about it after i saw Oprah on tv...
