			<description><![CDATA[<p>Highlight the column or columns that the pick - 3 digits are in. Then go to Format , then to cell. click on it. Go to numbers , then go to decimal places and bring it down to 0. then click on ok. That should take care of the problem. If you have pick - 3&#x27;s that start with 0 and they are not showing , Highlight the columns again, go to format and to cells, then scroll down to Custom in the Type area you will see 0&#x27;s .
