I remember very well reading this method.

Then track from month to month, you will then be able to see which sums are most popular in your state. You can break it down even more with the actual digits meaning L=low digits 0-4, H=high digits 5-9 the combinations of: LLH, HLL, LLL, HHH.

This is for 3 Digit Number players in all states. Take the winning numbers for at least the last 30 days and the sum each day. Example numbers drawn 233=8; 345=12; 725=14; 615=12; 456=15...... Add the sums 8+12+14+12+15=61 which would average 12.2 ---- So you would play the numbers on 11-12-13 below.
