			<description><![CDATA[<p>I know theres 10,000 possible combinations in pick 4. With only 10 quads out of 10,000 combinations I can see them sitting for a very long time. The majority of states/provinces hit under 3000 draws. So what&#x27;s the problem in West Virginia? They haven&#x27;t had a quad in 5845 days. They only draw 6 times a week but still you folks think 1 should have popped by now?<br /><br />I only chase them during the moon phases. Anyone think West Virginia is due anytime soon</p>]]></description>
