For pick 4 lottery consider:

If the number value has a ratio 1 hit out of 10 (normally each value has approx. 1 out of 9). If you see a single value, not hitting for 9 times, you know the probability of it hitting is very strong. But if it doesn t come in for 18 times, then the chances of playing that certain value@ $192.00 per day , becomes a strong possibility of hitting. The Texas Pick-4 has a $.50 Front pair (12XX), Mid pair (X12X), and Back pair (XX12) that pays $25 but doesn't have the type of bet Pumpi needs (1X2X). But as you said, the minimum for betting one decade with another decade would be $50 to win $2500 in the other pick-4 games. Personally I think it would be very foolish if I liked the 80s and 60s decades and only bet on half the combos.

I've paired a set of 2 digits with 10 other digit sets as a spot play for years; had some nice hits too. Hawk has a similar idea pairing too. When you think about it, a pick-4 box is matching two pairs whether using decades or any other method.

Do you have any ideas for finding the best 2 digit pairs to play

i dont follow pick4 but i will think that: Pick4 out of the 10 numbers 6 or 7 will be: cold the rest hot...If you was to play only cold numbers...

you will have:

6x6= 36...then 2e/2o it will be like: 13 tickets out of those 36, then high and low if you chose: 1H/3L it will be like: 5 tickets...If you add sum: total will be 1 ticket...

also how many of them will have a spread of: 3 or 4...

i am not telling you to play the decades...I am telling you that whenever you come up with your numbers make you they have those decades...Also those numbers that you got, if you was to choose: 2E/2O it will come out to: 16 tickets...If you chosed: 3High numbers/1low numbers out of those 16 it will come out to like: 6 tickets...That s without using hot and cold or sums...And you win: STRAIGHT...Not box...

I like the concept, but to many numbers. The 80 s decade and the 60 s decade yeilds you 96 numbers (singles and one double):

This is for those Pick4 lotto snipers...This is a way to calibrate/narrow your shot...This system is awesome...And you only have to guess correctly between: 1-5 ONE TIME...However if you guess 1 number between: 1-10 your shot gets even more narrower...This is whitout adding hot and cold either or even/odd so you can imagine...
