How often does your state release new games?

Here in Michigan it seems like they release NEW Scratch-off's everyother week. Some are good and some not so good. I find if i play the NEW games when they first come out i win more than 50% of the time. As time goes on the % drops. I'm Still Looking for that Elusive MILLION DOLLAR MEGA PLAY , MILLION dollar winner. There's still 6 winning 1,000,000.00 dollar tickets floating around.

PA releases new instant tickets at least every month. Sometimes they will release holiday-themed games during the middle of a given month. For example, they will release the Halloween games in the middle of September.

I've notice TN seems to release new ones each month.

Mostly it is a $1, $2, and $5 game.

And it seems to hit the first Tuesday of every month.

Do all states do it this way
