Look at New Jersey Pick4...This occurs in EVERY state....

Look at the XX that have from: 6-10 (treat 0 as ten) and the: XX that have from 1-5:

XX where 6-10 i color coded it in green...The XX that have: 1-5 i color coded it Red...So why havent you won...

Specially those that like to predict all states....I noticed that: (well to me) box wheels for single doubles: DONT WORK...Sorry to spoil your party....Where EVERYTHING lies is in the: COMPANIONS of the single DOUBLES....What am i talking about...I am talking about those 2 numbers that accompany doubles in Pick4...If you can find a way to predict them...They are ONLY 2 NUMBERS from 1 to 10...Dude there is only 10 doubles they are:

11XX 66XX

22XX 77XX

33XX 88XX

44XX 99XX

55XX 00XX
