			<description><![CDATA[<p>I asked the Illinois Lottery and this is their response on the PB subscriptions We are planning to start Powerball subscriptions in late fall this year (end of Sept/Oct) .<br /><br />So now my question is, do any other PB states allow out of state subscriptions</p>]]></description>
