Is PB doing a 10x powerplay promotion in your state?

It's really a come on. A lot of people thik it means 10 times the lower prizes. It could mean 10 times the lower prizes if the 10X shows instead of the others, nothing says it will show.

But the promo is for May, and does say if it never shows in May it will continue until it does show up.

I always play powerball, but never get the power play.

Yes, they are doing this in all Powerball states as a promotion.

But you have to ask yourself these 2 questions:

Do I want to win a smaller prize with the chance of winning the Powerplay?

or

Do I want to win the Jackpot amount?

So, whatever amount you play and want the Powerplay Promo, you are doubling your bet for that reason only.

That is a so called suckers bet from most gamblers. And so is that promotion

In NC, they are replacing one of the 5x powerplay balls (or whatever it is they use to determine the powerplay amount) with a 10x the win this month. Are they doing this in all PB states? I normally play Cash 5, but I've switched this month just because of the possibility of a 10x payout on a small win.
