...been watching this funky thing with Pennsylvanias mid4 draw this week and noticed if you flip the first 2 digits and

use the third as a refence asto odd or even third digit,also we would play one ahead of the third digit and 2 behind ...it's been hitting eve exclusively in the east this week

for example,I meant to post last night but got tied up with company and it would have worked..

Yesterday,Pa's mid4 was 5115...so flip first 2.(15)..the third digit is a 1 so we knew the third dig... [ More ]
