Play to turn a profit...but I have to admit the allure of being able to predict the future/numbers in a sense is pretty motivating to.I think folks tend to lose sight of that..that we're not just predicting numbers,we're predicting the future from whatever logic we have about the game..that is seriously cool

Play to win....that's the only reason. It's really not much fun for me. I get more of a thrill with scratch-off games. It's really not fun to watch the numbers come out and have the first 2 only to be let down by the 3rd...that's happened twice this week.
